The french sociologist Alain Tourain took of the postindustrial revolution. The society after of the ruins of World Second War was a society of tertiary sector. Then, the people were thinking in the next technological revolution: the information revolution. This revolution is true now for Internet.
The contemporary world would not be possible without the Worl Wide Web.
But not all is good. The Internet's information is disorderly, without hierarchy, without contrast. In this bog sea of information, the search put some of order in the chaos. Therre are many useful things, but there are too many no value things. Too, it's true that the necessity is a relative and personal concept.
